Student Membership: ICSC offers a Full Membership Program for undergraduate and graduate students in any academic program. For $50, full time students in any disciplines, receive full benefits for a calendar year. Benefits include access to ICSC's 65,000 member database, the association's e-library, access to special student mentoring programs, and reduced registration rates for ICSC's 400+ meetings a year, including RECon. For only $50, Students can attend meetings that will jumpstart their caree.
ICSC Foundation: The charity of ICSC provides undergraduate & graduate scholars for
students pursing degrees in real estate and related fields. The Foundation offers scholarships to ICSC's Riordan School, a continuing education program for industry professionals. Each year, one Fiala Fellowship is made to an outstanding young professional offering a rare set of educational and mentoring opportunities via the Foundation.
Next GenerationEducation: Now a decade old, Next Generation offers education, networking and mentoring opportunities to young professionals throughout North American and the entire world. Led by local committees, Next Gen hosts hundreds of exciting programs each year. It offers a unique opportunity to learn from peers and seasoned professionals in informal settings. Next Gen also hosts an annual National Conference gathering young professionals from around America.
Project REAP is is a unique collaborative program, led by ICSC, that provides education and leadership development aimed at enhancing racial and ethnic diversity in the real estate industry. With programs in 10 cities, REAP has led the way making the industry more diverse.
Professional Certification & Education: Education doesn't need to end with graduation, through ICSC, you can earn designations in Marketing, Management, Leasing, and Development, plus the new inter-disciplinary CRX. Week-long programs at the John T. Riordan Schools and the University of Shopping Centers, in America or abroad, will prepared you to sit for these exams (CMD, CLS, CDP, and CSM).
